Despite the economic slow down Building continues in Edmonton. Planning and rezoning has not stopped. Edmonton metro is estimated to almost double it's population in 30-40 years. This has created a huge push for developement.This building is wrapped in a tarp because any cement work done during times of lower temps must be kept at a min temp in rder to set right. I eagerly await to see whats under there!
