EDMONTON DAILY PHOTO

Edmonton is one of the largest northern urban centers in the world. Located in Canada, Edmonton is the capital city of Alberta. The city has a strong history as a trade center, and it served as the last major stop for the Klondikers during the Gold Rush. This is why we Edmontonions call our city "The Gateway to the North"

Please enjoy my perspective of one of of the fastest growing urban areas this side of China.

Human Statue

I am collecting more pictures that I can post within the given time frame.
On the heels of the Street performers festival comes Capital X, Taste of Edmonton, The Indy Car races..
I think I am going to super size the posts for the next few weeks.

You have already got more interesting photos than most get in a lifetime. These are really clever and you have made excellent choices in photographing them.

Patty and I will be celebrating 53 years of marriage on July 12th. Think of it as a long-term relationship.

I have invited bloggers to offer suggestions on a gift for me to give Patty and the list would not be complete without your ideas.

For me there is only one present.

Travel.

Go somewhere. See something special.. Find a momment where you two see something no one else sees.

Then resist the urge to take a picture of it!

Happy 53rd
